Shalaka is a professionally qualified Artist and a designer. She is a two time world record holder and has several awards and accolades to her credit. Shalaka’s passion for art has been featured in the Indian Talent Magazine.
She believes that “Creativity is endless” She has been honoured with the Indian Woman Talent Awards and Asia’s Top 100 influential women awards in art.
She is inspired with every day things to create art. A passion for fabric and painting is how Shalaka’S came into existence. Her moto is “Regardless of where you stand, what you wear should stand out”.

Although I rarely indulge in purchasing clothing for myself, I simply couldn't resist acquiring a piece from her art collection. Every creation she produces is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that exudes her unwavering dedication and meticulous craftsmanship.
Shalaka is the epitome of creativity. I have never met anyone like her she can turn anything into the best artwork. I had always wanted to own something made by her and when she sent me the picture of what I'm wearing I knew this is the one for me

Shalaka sarees are the quintessential collection of traditional and exquisite sarees. Her selection of sarees material, colour and uniqueness in work makes you stand out of the crowd and show stopper for the event. All the pieces I bought from her whether its sarees or the blouses all talks about their own story. The colour and work is exactly the same as it looks in the pictures. Personally I vouch for her pieces. From her work on sarees, blouses and Kurtis one can easily make out that she puts her heart in the work.
